Cosmic Coaching
Life isn't easy. There's beauty and joy for sure, but there's hard shit too, and because of this ebb and flow the more folx you can have in your corner supporting your journey, the better! Whether you're fresh out of college, a fresh new parent, trying to feel fresh in your gender expression, or just fresh out of fucking ideas, I'm here for you, let's find some balance and help you ground into this life. Through gentle movement practices,  emotional and physical support grounded in my trainings as Yoga Teacher and Certified Herbalist as well as years of being a Full Spectrum Doula, Parent, and Community Health Advocate, and Cosmic supports like the Tarot and Astrology, we'll work to reconnect and ground you back into your Body, Mind, and Spirit.

Herbalist Consult
Plant Medicine and the cultivation of relationships with plants, herbs, and flowers have been part of human history since the very beginning. Without plants to sustain and heal them, early humans would have died off. But as humans moved further away from the natural world, particularly western civilizations, we lost a lot of these connections.  While so much of modern western medicine is absolutely a miracle and completely necessary, there is also really incredible healing and support to be found in our Plant Allies. Together through a detailed intake and honest conversation about your ideas and goals, we will access the energetics and root causes of your concerns, and I will suggest a care plan full of plant medicines and simple rituals to help you cultivate relationships with the plants.  
Initial 90 minute Consult: $50 - $150 sliding scale
Additional 60 minute Follow-ups: $30 - $90 sliding scale
